About the data processing

Our webstore is developed with software from Lightspeed and is also hosted on Lightspeed servers. Personal data that you make available to us for our services will be shared with this party. Lightspeed has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Lightspeed is obliged to take appropriate security measures on the basis of the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups are regularly made to prevent loss of data.
E-mail and mailing lists
We use the services of Office365 for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Office365 does not have access to our inbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.
For handling (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share (anonymized) data with third parties in this context. All of the above guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not retain your data longer than permitted by law.
We collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us, so we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In case we invite you to leave a review we will share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. They use this information for the sole purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Shipping and logistics
If you place an order with us it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of Fulfilment Achterhoek to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence with Fulfilment Achterhoek. Fulfilment Achterhoek uses these data only for the execution of the agreement. In case Fulfilment Achterhoek engages subcontractors, Fulfilment Achterhoek will also make your data available to these parties.
If you place an order with us it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence information with PostNL. PostNL uses this information only for the purpose of carrying out the agreement. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your information available to these parties.
If you place an order with us it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of DPD to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence with DPD. DPD uses these data only for the execution of the agreement. In case DPD engages subcontractors, DPD will also make your data available to these parties.
Billing and accounting
For keeping our administration and bookkeeping we use the services of Rompslomp B.V. We share your name, address and residence details and details regarding your order. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored in a protected manner. Rompslomp B.V. is bound to secrecy and will treat your data confidentially. Rompslomp B.V. does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

We use your data exclusively for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We keep your data as long as you are our client. This means that we will keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. You can make a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation at the e-mail address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.

You always have the right to have the data that we process (or have processed) and that relate to your person or that can be traced back to you, executed by another party. You can make a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. In all probability, we will no longer be able to continue to provide the service in such a case because the secure linking of data files can then no longer be guaranteed.
Right of objection and other rights
