Webshop software

Lightspeed eCommerce

Our webstore is developed with software from Lightspeed and is also hosted on Lightspeed servers. Personal data that you make available to us for our services will be shared with this party. Lightspeed has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Lightspeed is obliged to take appropriate security measures on the basis of the agreement we have concluded with them. E-mail and mailing lists

Office365

We use the services of Office365 for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Office365 does not have access to our inbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.

MailChimp

Our website uses MailChimp, a third party that handles e-mail traffic from our website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent through MailChimp's servers. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email that is sent automatically through our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click on this link you will no longer receive e-mail from our website. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data will be stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share information with third parties as part of this process.

Payment processor

Mollie

For handling (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share (anonymized) data with third parties in this context. All of the above guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. We collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us, so we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. DHL

If you place an order with us it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of DHL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence information with DHL. DHL uses this information only for the purpose of carrying out the agreement. In the event that DHL engages subcontractors, DHL will also make your information available to these parties.

PostNL

Billing and accounting

Rompslomp.nl B.V.

For keeping our administration and bookkeeping we use the services of Rompslomp B.V. We share your name, address and residence details and details regarding your order. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored in a protected manner. Rompslomp B.V. is bound to secrecy and will treat your data confidentially. Rompslomp B.V. does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.
