1.1 When will my order be delivered?
Once an order is shipped, you will receive the track & trace information by email. With this link you can see when your order will be delivered.
1.2 Do I get a discount when ordering more than one bag?
Yes, we offer a discount when purchasing larger quantities (from 10 pieces). Please contact us for more information.
1.3 Can I put the bags in the washing machine?
No, the bags cannot be put in the washing machine. When the bag is dirty you can wipe it with a wet cloth.
1.4 Where are the bags produced?
The bags are produced and handmade in China.
1.5 Can you also be found on fairs?
At the moment there is no fair planned, but we certainly intend to do so and have participated to some fairs in the past. Would you like us to be present at an event at your fire station? Then please contact us.
1.6 I would like to order your products, but I see that you do not deliver to my country. How do we solve that?
We do not have all countries in our system where we deliver by default. Please contact us for options so we can still send your desired products to the country of your choice.
