It may happen that you want to return an order. Maybe because you don’t like the product or maybe there’s another reason why you wouldn’t want the order anyway. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, please consult the website of the carrier for the exact rates. If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging will be returned to the merchant. To exercise this right you can contact us via email@example.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of the return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can charge you for the depreciation of the product. So treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when you return it.
