Line 1 (max. 20 characters): *

The first line is necessary to fill in, otherwise the order cannot be placed. Please note that this is case sensitive. Do you want only 'Sem' on the patch? Then enter "Sem. Would you like this to be capitalized? Then enter 'SEM' with capital letters.

Line 2 (max. 20 characters):

This line is not necessary to fill in. If you want a first and last name on the patch you can choose to put the first name on line 1 and the last name on line 2. If this fits within 20 characters, you can also choose to put it only on line 1.

Alignment: *  

Personally, we like the alignment best in the center. If you want a left alignment, you can also choose this option.

Quantity:

At quantity you can add the number of patches of the design you entered. If you want to order several patches, enter '1' at quantity, add the item to your cart and then enter your new desired patch and add it to your cart again.
